HR Business Partner

Overall responsibility:

The HR Business Partner is a key interface between Human Resources and the respective organizations (business partner and single point of contact), providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to its management team and employees in all people related matters. The HR Business Partner is a member of the HR management team and has a key role in delivering operational, value added and strategically important HR services to the respective internal client groups.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring alignment of HR activities to the respective functions’ strategy and operational priorities
  • Internal and external recruitment
  • Talent management
  • Succession planning
  • Investigating development needs and identifying actions for the respective client groups
  • Proactive employee relations management and credible advisory
  • Labor cost and HC control
  • Change and project management
  • Implementation of central initiatives
  • Operational HR support to the respective organizations
  • Reinforcement of a compliant and ethical Company Culture

    Key requirements:

  • University or college graduate
  • 5+ years HR experience in multinational environment
  • 2+ years generalist or Business Partner experience
  • Broad knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of HR activities
  • Influencing and communication skills in order to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization and with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex situation and make well-considered decisions quickly and confidently
  • Experience in managing projects from planning to implementation
  • Flexibility and ability to adopt to quickly changing environment
  • English fluency
  • Mobility for moderate level of business travel
